Ricardo greatly enjoys existing building projects, seeing each one as a puzzle where the best solution is a creative approach which utilizes a mix of pieces from both past and present. He is a people person who finds it easy to build relationships with his clients, who in turn appreciate Ricardo’s unwavering commitment to answering Construction Administration questions, RFIs, and phone calls in a timely manner. When not in the office, Ricardo likes to travel and experience different cultures and cuisines; when in the office, he is known for his love of The Office, and ultimately does not want to be loved nor feared, but rather wants people to be afraid of how much they love him.
