Mike’s forte is resolving decision-making inflection points, always offering insights into potential impacts and informing clients of approaches that mitigate risk and maximize opportunity. He is a true team-player who likes to support his colleagues’ growth and development, constantly bringing people together and creating a positive team dynamic. His biggest accomplishment was being part of a large project design team that consistently met tight deadlines. Outside of engineering, Mike enjoys fishing and playing tennis, which provide great outlets to stay active and focused on his relentless pursuit of design excellence.
