Gilbert is all about equilibrium. Though introverted and quiet, he enjoys making new friends and trying new experiences, even if it means getting out of his comfort zone. Experienced with both tenant improvement and new construction, he endeavors to find the balance between form and function on each project and appreciates the constant coordination required to make it happen. Gilbert wants to be known for his reliability, so when he beats you at Mario Kart over and over, try not to take it personally.
