CJ pushes past the superficial. Whether trying to set new personal-best athletic records or getting to know new people, he strives to break barriers and encourages others to be the best version of their true, authentic self. His comprehensive experience engineering education projects has resulted in a depth of knowledge and responsiveness appreciated by contractors, architects, and younger engineers alike. When not in the office, CJ is often found coaching cloud coverage and proper tackling technique to a local high school football team.
