Executive Director of Engineering | Senior Principal

Brian is focused on collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure the success of a project. He has a unique ability to see the big picture and incorporates efficient solutions while considering impacts of the structural design on all disciplines. He is hands-on, backed by skillful engineering, and will work diligently to verify the intent of the design is met. As Executive Director of Engineering, Brian ensures high-quality work is produced and oversees the scheduling of projects for the company. He helps clients with constructability questions and coordination, striving for continual improvement. Outside of the office, he enjoys family time and coaching baseball, and has visited all 30 MLB stadiums, as well as Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento. He strives to be a positive person and a good mentor who leads by example and with integrity.
