Senior Principal

Bill credits his achievements to his passion for collaborating  with design and construction team members on projects. He believes that the success of his projects is achieved by creating a great group atmosphere and enjoyable project experience. In addition to his own success on projects, he enjoys watching others grow and mature both professionally and in their design skills. Many of the engineers he has mentored are among the leaders at Buehler today. Bill’s personal motto is to never ask anyone to do something that you would not do yourself; for him, that means that everyone can participate and contribute at some level.
