Given boxes of 2x4s as a child, Traci developed a tenacity for engineering straightforward solutions. Her passion for completing projects is rivaled only by her ardor for the creative design process — an arena in which she is known for simplifying the unnecessarily complicated and delivering easily constructable plans. She works to build trust with clients and colleagues alike and greatly enjoys mentoring younger engineers, which included a trip to Jakarta where she led 30 students through the seismic assessment of several education facilities. When not chasing the next big healthcare project, Traci is often found hanging out by the beach with her friends and family.
