Ron’s success stems from his passion for design-build projects and the integration of the Lean design process into projects. He has the ability to educate coworkers and clients on the benefits of integrated project delivery, and leads project teams effectively and collaboratively to reach the desired goals. Ron hopes to transform the construction industry into one that is much more integrated, and is proud of how Buehler has been a leading firm in that effort. He has great communication and listening skills which allow him to fully understand client needs and develop different structural options to support an architectural design. Ron wants people to think of him as a Lean leader who works collaboratively with others to change the construction industry.
