Associate Principal

Ryan is a patient, organized leader who is attentive to the needs of others. He has an expertise with mass timber design, and a passion for advocating existing building as the most sustainable structures. He is able to prioritize what needs to be done and when, and maintains a well rounded view of a project as a whole throughout its design. Ryan enjoys working with clients who think “outside the box” to create innovative solutions, and has the technical skills to support those creative endeavors. He wants clients view him as a solid engineer who is responsive and exceeds their expectations.
