Shane is an adaptive engineer who is appreciated by clients and colleagues alike for being easy to work with and reliable. As a licensed Structural Engineer, he likes to educate younger engineers whenever possible and provides feedback on proposed solutions with an eye toward cost-effective solutions. He is known in the office for providing the perfect blend of fun and work, knowing full well the value that joy brings to productivity. Outside of work, Shane strives to be the best dad he can possibly be while also finding time for golf and woodworking.
