Butte College Welding Education Building

To accommodate the job demands in the local economy, Butte College recently opened a new $23 million Welding and Manufacturing Education facility. Buehler collaborated with JK Architecture and Slater & Son to design and construct the approximately 60,000 square foot Design-Build project.  The newly completed state-of-the-art facility includes a 35,000 square foot welding and fabrication shop area with 92 welding stations, a 10,000 square foot administration/classroom/lobby area, and a 15,000 square foot covered breezeway area.
