With over 26 years of experience, Tony Polusny has had opportunities to work in a variety of market sectors such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality & Entertainment, Mission Critical, and Construction Engineering. As a well-seasoned engineer, his experience helps clients seamlessly attain their design goals while at the same time guiding younger engineers in their career development. Tony values relationships and has formed many valuable connections throughout his career in the AEC industry. With only a couple months under his belt at Buehler, he has already been proactive in networking and taking our Phoenix presence to the next level.

Originally from Minnesota, Tony enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking (including once summiting Mount Rainier by the Emmons-Winthrop Route), downhill skiing, swimming, golf, and has even competed in the Ironman Madison.
