Tim has an appreciation for creative detailing and much of his recognition from clients stems from his ability to pick up subtle issues among the different design disciplines. He has a variety of experience working with contractors to solve constructability conflicts as they arise. Tim is known for staying focused on the task at hand and creating complex details for special conditions with his old school pencil and paper sketches. Clients connect with him because he is competent, responsive, and creates a friendly work environment on all of his teams.
