Larry is always looking for creative solutions to break down barriers between different partners in the industry, and is passionate about changing the way people work together to bring teams closer together. He creates close relationships by making client goals his own goals, and by finding the fun in achieving the seemingly impossible. Larry enjoys being bold and innovative and takes the initiative to find opportunities to make the structural engineering system enhance a client’s building design. He has taken on an active role in developing and refining our BIM and LEAN processes and standards, and encourages others to appreciate the value that structural engineering brings to the building process.
