Associate Principal

Lee is passionate about digging into complex engineering challenges to find practical, efficient, and buildable solutions. He enjoys working collaboratively with contractors and architects to find real-time solutions while projects are in construction.  His greatest professional accomplishment has been managing a 1.25 million square foot parking garage project at SFO with concrete ductile moment frames and post-tension slabs. He is a natural leader and mentor, and is complimented on his ability to explain concepts to others in a way that makes the ideas understandable to each individual person, regardless of their experience or background. Lee is a true team player who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure every project is successful.
