Carrie is known for taking the road less traveled by collaborating and detailing with an artistic eye. She believes that working through a detail can help the team discuss issues and solve complications before they arise. She wants people to think of her as someone who left a positive contribution, both as a compassionate individual and as a responsible engineer serving the communities around her. Carrie is focused on creating safe structures that people can utilize, and she keeps this at the forefront of her mind in her designs.
