When Afshin was in high school, two earthquakes occurred close to home. As he watched the rebuilding, he wondered if there was a better way to design buildings, and in turn save lives. Afshin is highly technical, and with a PhD in structural engineering he has continued his quest for knowledge in this field. He is hands-on, and has a unique ability to leverage technology to design the most efficient solution. Afshin enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure the success of a project, and will work diligently to verify that the intent of the design is met.
