Also called US Bank Tower, the building is a 25-story Class A commercial office building and parking garage on the prestigious Capitol Mall in Sacramento, California.  Features include a stunning seven-level open atrium main lobby, aluminum and glass exterior, and distinctive lighting to emphasize the unique shape of the top of the building. Buehler provided peer review services of the design concurrently with the design developed by HOK Architects.  We were engaged by the contractor to review the structural design and provided suggestions to innovative improvements, highlight potential risks, and suggest ways to reduce costs.
