Buehler Parking Studio is the next step in building the Buehler legacy! Formerly known as The Watry Buehler Collaborative (WBC), Buehler’s introduction to parking geometrics began in 2014 as a partnership between Mr. Nick Watry and Buehler. Together, our mission was to address an industry need to provide exceptional parking planning seamlessly integrated with the structural system design for any project scale. We are now bringing this capability in house - same high-quality work with a new name! By providing a wide range of planning, engineering, and parking design services, we can maximize parking layout, overall garage efficiency, value, and user experience while incorporating the structural needs above and below the parking area. 

Our award-winning designs have been recognized for their innovative parking geometrics, engineering designs, collaboration with the team and Owner, and creative reduction of energy and environmental impact. Buehler Parking Studio's wide range of experience includes international airports, commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional facilities. We take an integrated approach to project delivery utilizing Lean Construction principles as we seek to optimize efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication, and construction. All of our projects utilize 3D building modeling software to provide enhanced design services by integrating parking and structural models with other disciplines as well as facilitating construction support.
