With offices throughout California and Phoenix, AZ, you will be working with and supporting technical staff in pursuit of high-profile design and construction projects throughout the Western U.S. across every industry.

  Responsibilities:

  • Works with technical staff to develop key proposals sections in Adobe InDesign.
  • Attends RFP meetings, as needed.
  • Assures deadlines will be met by all team members, assists when and where needed.
  • Drafts marketing pieces, including announcements, social media, etc.
  • Maintains firm’s written and graphic standards.
  • Participates in marketing planning efforts.
  • Runs bi-weekly marketing coordination meeting.
  • Researches projects and the local markets.
  • Arranges project photography.
